Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your return is authorized, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.
Package Your Items
Place the items in their original bags with tags attached, secure them in a shipping box, and attach the return label to the outside.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
